The Solution

These clients desired a residential new construction home with some unique/custom details. We obliged with a soapstone fireplace. We fabricated a custom metal and wood mantel, and created a large custom bar again using metal. The industrial look of the space reflects a growing trend in personal residences towards industrial style. Lighting and finished from Ikea coordinate well and add a pop of color to this open space.
